Refund policy

Because our boxes contain perishable and personal-use items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at thefitgiftco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
